Should I use this potion now or save it for later? - Always this question...

"Single use only"

 
Do you remember such forgotten, but powerful items as Light of Elune? It was a tiny potion with 1 charge of essential invulnerability for 10 seconds, and that will be the most glorious moment in all of the character's life...
I think it reveals what type of player you are as to how you use this item. Some would use it right away and completely waste it.
Others would use it for a quest they've been having difficulty with. Others, like myself, simply hang onto it "just in case."

Please note, that I finally managed to make and hide a signature on the picture, that I actually like.
