he looks good so he must be truthful, but his tongue is sweet and his teeth sharp
(Wolf is dedicated to Nils.) In the midst of a moonlit forest, where crooked trees reached for the night sky and cobwebs glistened with dew, a young elf girl with silver hair and a red dress ventured alone. Her heart, heavy with uncertainty, led her to a majestic white wolf, an enigmatic figure known as the forest god. Seeking advice, she thought, "He looks good, so he must be truthful, but his tongue is sweet and his teeth sharp." The forest god, with ancient eyes, listened to her unspoken words and grinned silently confirming her impression; or so she thought.. Being polite the elf girl greeted the forest god with a sense of caution in her heart, for beneath the moonlight's enchantment, she understood that appearances could be deceiving.
